Rybovich Village Gets Past WPB Planning Board, Next Goes to Commission

Unanimous approval has been given by the West Palm Beach Planning Board to the Rybovich Village Development.

The Board gave its vote Tuesday night, which means the city commission will now take two votes, with the first one likely coming in February.

The 14 acre property along the intracoastal on the city's north end would have 1,000 residences in six towers, each standing as tall as 30 stories.

The proposal includes restaurants, office space and docks.
